WHY RENT A DRESS?
Everyone deals with the struggle of not being able to find an outfit for an event and it can be hard to justify paying retail price for an outfit that will only be worn once and stay in your closet forever. Renting a dress allows you to wear a luxurious dress that you wouldn't have otherwise worn, at a fraction of the retail price. Our collection includes garments from different designers to ensure you find something unique, on trend for every occasion.
HOW DO I RENT A DRESS?
Pick a style, wear it, and return it.
Browse our collection online and reserve your preferred style. Book a fitting by appointment only to try on your garment before the rental period to ensure the style and fit is what your looking for. If you try another style you like more than the dress reserved, we will put your payment towards that garment. Reserved garments can be picked up and dropped off within the requested 4-day rental period at our Vancouver showroom, otherwise delivery within the lower mainland is available for a flat fee.
HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?
​Rental rates provided are for 4-days. Requests for rentals longer than our standard period will be considered however the rate is subject to change and this must be agreed upon at the time of rental. Late fees will apply if the garment is not returned within the reserved period.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

Our standard rental period is 4-days however exceptions can be made for longer periods (rates are subject to change).

Late fees may apply should the garment not be returned within the agreed upon rental period.

Garments should not be pressed, cleaned, altered or repaired - all garments are dry cleaned in between rental periods.

Customers should apply any perfumes, self-tanners, deodorant or any other products that may transfer to the garment, prior to dressing to prevent damage or cause the dress to become dirty.

Temporary hemming and/or minor alterations may be offered depending on the circumstances, to best fit the garment to the client.

A credit card is required to be held as deposit at the time of rental.

The full retail price of the garment will be charged to the customer should the item not be returned, or if it is returned with unrepairable damage. Any small damage that is repairable may be charged back to the customer. Any small wear and tear is inevitable and will be assessed upon return of the garment.

Two weeks notice is required to cancel a rental without penalties.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
When booking a rental online we accept credit card. If paying in person we can accept cash, debit card and credit card. A credit card will be required under all payment methods to be held as deposit during the rental period. ​Payment must be made at the time of the booking to reserve the garment for the rental period.
WHAT IF MY SIZE IS NOT SHOWN?
If you are interested in a style but are looking for a different size, please send us an email an lussohire@gmail.com as most of the garments in our collection come in a full size range and can be ordered upon request. We are in the process of expanding our collection and size range and do our best to accommodate everyones needs.
